I would like to welcome you to Hudgins Construction, a second generation, family-owned company that has built its reputation on the philosophy that "The process matters". Our project management approach is what sets us apart from all others. We know that you as a home owner have a day job and a family to raise. So what you look for in a builder is one that has a quality project management approach with great communication and a no-surprises approach. As a result, we have come to build some extraordinary homes for some great customers. Each Hudgins home is as different as the personality it was designed for.
Our Approach
As you explore your choices for a home builder, there are many things to consider. You are choosing to invest in a home or other project, so you must choose a builder with a reputation that meets your service, workmanship, and communication expectations. At Hudgins, the majority of our business comes from referrals, demonstrating our commitment to our four key values:
Timely Construction
Proper project planning starts with a process. We have a detailed bid sheet. With a time line and a standard reporting package that we update every three weeks over the life of the project.
Working with in a Budget
We detail out what you get by project plan so everything is transparent to you. Some builders will provide a lower price to get you signed up, but then they give you change orders or say "that was not included". At Hudgins, we believe that transparency is key to happy customers and we give you the details of what is in our bid and also what is not included so there are no disputes later.
Great Communication
We work hard to keep you informed. Our status reports are detailed and give you what we did last week, what we are working on this week and what we are planning for next week so you know what to expect. If we have change orders we clearly get your approval and you will know before we do additional work what it will cost.
High Quality Standards
From the materials we use to the high standards of our sub-contractors we believe our projects have the best quality for the budget available.
